Privacy policy

Your data, the email you sign in with, your name, your phone number, your country, what you write about your studio, and what you upload. You gave it to us and we hold it for you.

Your clients' data, their names, phone numbers, email addresses and appointments, entered by you. For that data you are the controller and we are the processor: we store and display it on your instructions and never use it for our own purposes.

In a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the European Union. Uploaded photos and videos are stored alongside it.

Row level security scopes every record to the workspace that owns it, so one studio cannot read another's data.

Brevo, sends the emails the product sends: your sign-in code and appointment notifications.

OpenAI, receives the text you ask the assistant to work with, so it can write captions, plans and drafts. Nothing about a named client is sent there.

That is the whole list. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.

Only what you chose to put there: your studio name, what you do, your services, your photos, and your contact details. Your street address is shown only if you switched that on.

Nothing about an individual client is ever published.

For as long as your account exists. Delete the account in Settings and everything goes with it, clients, appointments, uploads, drafts, with no copy kept on our side.

Under the GDPR you may see your data, correct it, take it with you, or have it deleted. Deletion is built into the product: Settings → Delete account. For anything else, write to us and we will answer.
