Questions before you start
Do I need to connect Instagram?
No. Plan content, prepare videos and take bookings without it. On Pro, connect Instagram once and approved posts go out at the time you set.
Will 12Looks publish anything without me?
No. Only posts you approved go out, and only when autoposting is on. A post whose time passed long ago waits for you.
Do I need to film special videos?
You receive a simple shot list for the appointment, usually four clear shots. Upload the clips as they are. 12Looks can also reuse suitable footage already in your library.
Do I need editing skills?
Not for the everyday workflow. 12Looks prepares the reel, caption, music and cover. If you want more control, Studio lets you trim, move, caption and export the cut yourself.
Do clients need an app or an account to book?
No. They open your page in the browser, choose a service and an available time, leave their name and phone number, and send the request. You confirm it.
I work alone. Is 12Looks for me?
Yes. Working alone, you get a simple interface without the team controls you do not need. 12Looks also works for small studios that share one calendar, content plan and brand.
What happens to my page if I do not upgrade?
It stays live on Free. Your booking page, calendar, clients and library are part of the working free system, not a temporary demo.
Which languages can I use?
The interface is available in English and Polish. Lora reads and writes in the language you use for your work and content.
