The agent built into 12Looks, available on Pro. It knows your craft from the list above, your services, prices and the way you speak, sees the appointments in your calendar and the clips in your library, and remembers how you rated earlier posts. From that it lays out the week, writes the captions and puts the reel together.

A general chat writes text and stops there. It knows nothing about Tuesday at 1:30 pm, your price list or the clips on your phone, and it cannot publish anything. Lora works from your own studio: your appointments, your footage, your words and your ratings. Under the hood there is a language model, and we say so plainly; the difference is what it knows about you and what it can actually do.

No. You can plan posts, prepare videos and take bookings without it. Connect Instagram and Facebook once, and approved posts go out at the scheduled time.

No. Only posts you approved go out, and only when autoposting is on. A post whose time passed long ago waits for you.

On Pro, each appointment comes with a simple shot list, usually four clear shots. Upload the clips as they are. 12Looks can also reuse suitable footage already in your library.

Not for the everyday workflow. 12Looks prepares the reel, caption, music and cover. If you want more control, Studio lets you trim, move, caption and export the cut yourself.

No. They open your page in the browser, choose a service and an available time, leave their name, phone number and email, and send the request. You confirm it.

No setup or monthly fees. 12Looks charges 0% on Pro, and on Free 0% for 3 months after you connect, then 0.4%. The payment processor adds 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment.

Straight to your bank account. Your first payout arrives 7 to 14 days after your first payment. After that, payouts are automatic and arrive 2 business days after each payment.

No. Clients scan a QR code or open a link, then pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. They can also leave a deposit when booking or pay in installments with Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay, and they get a receipt by email.

If the client put a card on file when booking, you can charge the no-show fee you set in advance.

In the client card: contact details, visit history, notes, before and after photos and the health questionnaire. Photos don't go on your page or into your Library.

Yes. You send a link, the client answers and gives consent themselves. Answers are encrypted, and you can adapt the questions to your services.

Yes. You upload a file from Booksy, Fresha or any other calendar, and your clients and appointments appear in 12Looks. Booksy does not let you download the file yourself, but a ready-made message to Booksy support is waiting in the app. Cancelled appointments and notes stay in the old calendar.

Yes, over time. Your page has its own address and is open to search engines. The longer it runs, the more often people find it.

Yes. Working alone, you get a simple interface without the team controls you do not need. 12Looks also works for small studios that share one calendar, content plan and brand.

It stays live on Free. Your booking page, calendar, clients and library are part of the working free system, not a temporary demo.

The interface is in English, Polish and Spanish. Lora writes posts in Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian. Other languages work too, and we refine them together with the first studios that use them.
