How much does 12Looks Pay cost?
No setup or monthly fees. 12Looks charges 0% on Pro, and on Free 0% for 3 months after you connect, then 0.4%. The payment processor adds 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment.
When do I get paid?
Straight to your bank account. Your first payout arrives 7 to 14 days after your first payment. After that, payouts are automatic and arrive 2 business days after each payment.
Do I need a card reader?
No. Clients scan a QR code or open a link, then pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. They can also leave a deposit when booking or pay in installments with Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay, and they get a receipt by email.
What if a client doesn't show up?
If the client put a card on file when booking, you can charge the no-show fee you set in advance.
How do I take deposits from clients?
Turn on deposits in your payment settings and set the amount. Clients pay when they book on your page. If they cancel before the cutoff you choose, the deposit goes back to them. After that, or if they don't show, you keep it.
Can clients pay later with Klarna or Afterpay?
Yes. Clients can choose Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay at checkout, and you get the full amount upfront.
Can I sell gift cards online?
Yes. Clients buy gift cards on your page, and you redeem them at the visit with one code. Visit packages work the same way.
