  • Is 12Looks free?

    Yes. Your booking page, calendar and client list are free forever. Pro is $24 a month and adds Lora, the AI agent that runs your marketing.

  • Does 12Looks charge a fee for new clients?

    No. Clients who book through your page are yours, and there is no fee for them.

  • Do clients need an app?

    No. Clients book on your page in their browser, with no app to install and no account. There is no client marketplace yet.

  • Is GlossGenius raising its prices?

    Yes, for members who joined before September 3, 2025 and are on a monthly Standard, Gold or Platinum plan. From the first bill on or after November 16, 2026, Standard rises from $24 to $28 a month, Gold from $48 to $56 and Platinum from $148 to $168. Features are unchanged. Members who joined later already pay the new prices. Annual billing stays the same: Standard $288, Gold $576, Platinum $1,776 a year. The separate Legacy plan stays at $24 a month.

  • Can I move my clients from GlossGenius?

    Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel export, and your clients and appointments appear in 12Looks. Cancelled appointments and notes stay in the old calendar.
