Does 12Looks work for a solo lash artist and for a salon?
Yes. Working solo, you set your own services and hours, and clients book through your link. In a salon, every artist gets a column and clients choose who does their lashes.
Do clients need an app or an account to book a lash lift?
No. The booking page opens in the browser, with no login and no password. A link in your Instagram bio or in a message is enough.
What is the AI agent in 12Looks?
It is Lora, the agent built into 12Looks. It knows your services, prices and calendar. It plans your posts, puts reels together from your clips and books clients when you say who and when. It also drafts replies to comments and messages. The agent is available on the Pro plan.
What should a lash artist film to get a reel?
What you already do: the lashes before you start, the tweezers at work and the moment the client opens their eyes. Film with their consent; a close-up of the eyes is enough, with no full face. Each week Lora suggests where to start.
Will my lash salon page show up on Google?
Yes, over time. Your booking page has its own address and is open to search engines. The longer it runs, the more often people find it.

Can I move my clients over from Booksy or another calendar?
Yes. You upload a file from Booksy, Fresha or any other calendar, and your clients and appointments appear in 12Looks. Booksy does not let you download the file yourself, but a ready-made message to Booksy support is waiting in the app. Cancelled appointments and notes stay in the old calendar.
How much does 12Looks Pay cost?
No setup or monthly fees. 12Looks charges 0% on Pro, and on Free 0% for 3 months after you connect, then 0.4%. The payment processor adds 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment.
What if a client doesn't show up?
If the client put a card on file when booking, you can charge the no-show fee you set in advance.
Can clients fill in a health questionnaire before a visit?
