  • Does 12Looks work for a solo spray tan artist and for a studio?

    Yes. Working solo, you set your own services and hours, and clients book through your link. In a studio, everyone on the team gets a column and clients choose who they book with.

  • Do clients need an app or an account to book a spray tan?

    No. The booking page opens in the browser, with no login and no password. Clients see your services, prices and free slots. A link in your Instagram bio or in a message is enough.

  • What is the AI agent in 12Looks?

    It is Lora, the agent built into 12Looks. It knows your services, prices and calendar. It plans your posts, puts reels together from your clips, writes captions and books clients when you tell it who and when. It also drafts replies to comments and messages. The agent is available on the Pro plan.

  • What should a spray tan artist film for Instagram reels?

    Your set-up and the spray gun at work. Film the color on an arm or calf with the client's consent, and show the face only if they want to. Each week Lora suggests where to start.

  • Will my spray tanning studio page show up on Google?

    Yes, over time. Your booking page has its own address and is open to search engines. The longer it runs, the more often people find it.

  • How much does spray tan booking software cost?

    12Looks has a free plan with no time limit: booking page, calendar, 10 videos a month in Studio and autoposting. Pro costs $24 a month and adds Lora, who plans and makes posts, plus 20 videos.

  • Can I move my clients over from Booksy or another calendar?

    Yes. You upload a file from Booksy, Fresha or any other calendar, and your clients and appointments appear in 12Looks. Booksy does not let you download the file yourself, but a ready-made message to Booksy support is waiting in the app. Cancelled appointments and notes stay in the old calendar.

  • How much does 12Looks Pay cost?

    No setup or monthly fees. 12Looks charges 0% on Pro, and on Free 0% for 3 months after you connect, then 0.4%. The payment processor adds 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment.

  • What if a client doesn't show up?

    If the client put a card on file when booking, you can charge the no-show fee you set in advance.

  • Can clients fill in a health questionnaire before a visit?

    Yes. You send a link, the client answers and gives consent themselves. Answers are encrypted, and you can adapt the questions to your services.
